We have gotten so much from our garden this year and are so thankful. We have made tons of stuff like cole slaw, veggie delight sandwiches with grilled eggplant, onions and zucchini. We add cherry tomatoes to our pasta salad, and of course, we make good ol’ tomato sandwiches with mayo and salt & pepper. [...]
